Growing up I remember seeing a lot of commercials for pork. I guess more people must be eating pork now since they don't seem to need the commercials anymore.
Maple-Glazed Pork Roast

I made this with a pork tenderloin instead of a pork roast and it turned out pretty good. Another good one from America's Test Kitchen!
Grades:
Megan - B- (This got a low grade because I'm not the biggest pork person and because I was really hungry for a less-healthy dinner. Otherwise, it was pretty good.)
