Stoup

According to Rachel Ray a stoup is a combination of a soup and a stew.  To me this seemed more like a soup.

This was a hearty tomato soup that turned out better than I expected.

Grades:

Megan - B+ (I liked the tomato flavor.  I would like to try it with spicier sausage next time.)

Noelle - C+ (Noelle did not want the peppers or onions [not surprising].  She ate all the sausage and then only wanted the soup broth.)
