When Life Hands You Lemons....

Make pork chops!  There's something about lemon and pork that go so well together.  Throw a little thyme in the mix and you have a recipe for success!

These checked off all my boxes.  Easy to make? yes!  Flavorful? Yes!  Loaded with sauce?  yes!  I don't know how healthy these were, but they were tasty for sure.

Grades:

Megan - A- (I liked the lemon and thyme flavor, plus come on...who doesn't love a breaded pork chop smothered in sauce?)

Noelle - A- (Noelle didn't have anything really interesting to say about these, but she ate it really well which is a win in my book!)
